Michael V. Bhatia Eagle Scout Scholarship

The Michael V. Bhatia Eagle Scout Scholarship is given to Medway Troops 108 and 367 Scouts who earned the Boy Scouts of America's highest rank of Eagle Scout. Michael was a member of the 1995 graduating class who earned the rank of Eagle Scout while in Troop 108 and was killed in Afghanistan in 2008 in service to the country. His whole life Michael demonstrated the Scout Spirt by living the Scout Oath and Scout Law and by helping other people at all times.

The Casoni Museum at Camp Squanto has a display in honor of Mike. He had many accomplishments as a scout in Troop 108, not only was he an Eagle Scout he also was a Vigil Honor member of the Order of the Arrow, Founders’ Award Recipient, Lodge Chief, and a Camp Squanto Staff member.
